This involved the delivery of onsite training for teachers, health promotion specialists, local government representatives, and local CSOs, starting initially with a \"ToT\" approach, followed by cascade trainings, specifically with onsite training sessions within the three regions targeted for in-depth interventions (Durr\u00ebs, Lezh\u00eb, Berat), as well as online training in other regions throughout Albania. In total around 3,600 individuals were trained nationwide. As a result of the cascade training sessions, there was an increase in the level of knowledge, as follows:\u00a0<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>14.2% in the level of knowledge about NCD diseases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>19.0% in the level of knowledge about physical activity\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15.1% in the level of knowledge about healthy nutrition\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14.4% in the level of knowledge about children\u2019s mental health\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7% in the level of knowledge about drug and alcohol prevention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">The e-learning platform has continued to empower around 3800 individuals nationwide, the majority of whom are teachers.
