Albania had not previously established TORs for health promotion specialists, making this project's contribution more noteworthy. By providing the necessary support for these TORs, the groundwork has been laid for evidence-based performance evaluation, while simultaneously enhancing transparency, accountability, and the overall responsibilities of health promotion specialists throughout Albania.
