Duke ofruar mb\u00ebshtetjen e nevojshme p\u00ebr zhvillimin e termave t\u00eb referenc\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb hedhur baza p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e performanc\u00ebs bazuar n\u00eb prova, duke rritur nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht transparenc\u00ebn, llogaridh\u00ebnien dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb specialist\u00ebve t\u00eb promocionit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.
